| The Church Health Survey is a 160 question
survey designed by Church Central. Bob is a Level 4 Consultant for Church
Central. This survey shares the church's perceptions of itself in the six
functions of the church in addition to some doctrinal questions. Survey
cost = $320 |
| ScanUS is a thorough demographic study of
the community surrounding the church. The study can be delivered in one,
three, or five mile radius of the church or it can be delivered through
zip code. Bob is licensed to conduct ScanUS demographic studies.
Demographic studies range in cost from $75 to $200 |
| The First Impressions Survey is
distributed to guests, usually on Sunday mornings. Guests are asked to
complete the survey of their first impressions of the church from the
parking lot to the worship service. This survey is free. |

Biblical and Theological Survey |
| The Biblical and Theological Survey
measures the doctrinal beliefs of the church. Doctrine affects such vital
issues as evangelism and discipleship. The survey is generally used by the
pastor as a resource to discover areas of doctrine that can be addressed
in the preaching and teaching ministries of the church. This survey is
free. |
