Who is Jesus?

First, John 3:16 says that Jesus is God's only Son. God has
never had a Son like Jesus. Not one. Not Joseph Smith, or Mohamet, or Elisha or
Moses compare to Jesus. Second, Jesus left heaven and lived a perfectly sinless life here on earth. He did this for two reasons: First, He left heaven so He could be a perfect sacrifice for the sins of people who accept Him as their Lord, or Leader (Hebrews 9:14). Second, He lived here so that we could see what God is really like (John 14:9). |
| Third, Jesus literally died on a cross to bear the burden of your sinfulness and literally rose from grave. He conquered death in this way and He is alive and well in heaven at this very moment (Luke 23:46-47, Luke 24:6-7, 1 Corinthians 15:3) |
| Finally, Jesus wants you to know Him. Jesus even says that true life is not about money or fame or power, but about knowing Him personally (John 17:3). |
